Shipping / Insurance / Delivery / Returns
Once the transaction is confirmed on our website the preparation and packing begins. The process takes 5-7 business days for works under 40” in size and 7-10 business days for works over 40” in size. Then we must add a few more business days for shipping which is dependent on the distance of the delivery location.
Currently, I only ship to U.S., Switzerland, Canada, UK, Germany, Spain, and France. For all other Countries please email for special orders to firstname.lastname@example.org
Works under 40” in size are packed in industrial strength cardboard, bubble wrap, layers of additional cardboard, plastic bag, and acid free paper.
Works over 40” are packed in wood crates, bubble wrap, layers of cardboard, plastic bag, and acid free paper.
All original artworks are insured for the value of the sale during shipping. Shipping costs include insurance.
Delivery / Pickup:
We do offer delivery within a 120 mile radius of Marble Falls, Tx for a flat rate of $50.
Free delivery is available within a 25 mile radius of Marble Falls, TX.
Policy for the Return of Originals:
Returns are welcome within 7 days of receiving your art, and must be in it’s original packaging. After 7 days I am unable to offer exchanges or in gallery credit.
Returns will result in gallery credit, refunds are not given.
I am not able to accept returns or offer gallery credit in the following cases:
- Any item not in it’s original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery.
- Sale items: Only regular priced items can be returned for gallery credit, sale items cannot be returned.
Original custom commissioned works cannot be returned for credit.
During the course of a commissioned work of art we will send out periodic progress pictures to ensure we are working to our clients satisfaction.
